Our support style is holistic.
No one needs the exact same style of care, which is why our tailored, flexible approach to Occupational Therapy is so well received.

When we feel joy, it is a place of incredible vulnerability—its beauty and fragility and deep gratitude and impermanence all wrapped up in one experience.

Description As a Childosophy™ Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner, I apply the 10 Step System of Wellbeing, founded by Dr. Maxine Thérèse. Childosophy™ is an integrated approach to children’s wellbeing that has a variety of applications for children, parents, teachers and practitioners all centering on the Foundational Needs Model as researched by Dr. Maxine Thérèse.
The Foundational Needs Model is based on principles of mind-body sciences, psychology and east west philosophies. It is a world's first Needs Model that accounts for the whole child from the very beginning and incorporates the inherited patterns of development in children that are part of their family system. The child’s body moves/acts/behaves in a way that's trying to protect them. It is the child’s way of regulating their nervous system. When we view behavior from this perspective, we can have more compassion for our child and can deeply listen and attune to meet their needs. Caregiver participation is mandatory for children <16 years of age.
