Sukha Therapy is a holistic child and family well-being practice.
We have the mission to share in the joy of being present, connected and engaged in meaningful activities of life.
Sukha is a yogic word meaning ‘joy’. The ancient language of yoga known as Sanskrit is over 5000 years old. Scriptures reference practices of yoga, meditation and breathwork to cultivate a balanced nervous system. It is ‘our joy’ to integrate these self-care practices into our work with families.
Sukha means ‘joy’

What we see in the world around us is just a reflection of what is inside of us.
